This policy explains what information MUM Custom Coffees (mum.coffee), operated by Meridian Underground Music, 2220 8th St, Meridian, MS 39301, collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (optional) and the items you bought.
- If you create an account: your login details and order history.
- When you browse: our store uses cookies to remember what’s in your cart and keep you signed in. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. Those providers handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your information to fill and ship your order, arrange local pickup, contact you about your order, handle returns, keep records required by tax law and protect the store against fraud. We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store, such as our payment providers, shipping carriers and web host.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email meridianundergroundmusic@gmail.com and we’ll respond as quickly as we can. Some order records may need to be kept for tax reasons.
Children
Our online store is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
